Refund Policy

My policy on refunds or 'missed sessions' may be a little different to what you have come across before, but hopefully in a good way!

 

For example, you will not lose out if you miss a session, instead you get to reschedule - I know that a lot of therapists etc will still charge for missed sessions, but I understand that this can often add to the stress of a situation, so I aim to be as flexible and transparent as I can, for you. Any session booked in isolation – e.g. a ‘single’ session (Including a discounted session)

You may cancel or change your mind on the booking (your order) you have made up to 48 hours before your session is due to start. Any cancellation or change of heart made within this timeframe can, should you wish, be fully refunded, and there’s no pressure for you to explain and I won’t ask you for a reason either.

 

Any single session you wish to cancel within the 48 hours before your session is due to start will not be refunded, but instead, rescheduled at no extra cost to you. Even if you miss the session, you will still get to reschedule* it.

 

 

Discounted sessions booked in a block of 5 or 10

As with single sessions, you may cancel or change your mind on the booking(s) (your order) that you have made up to 48 hours before your first session of the block is due to start. Any cancellation or change of heart made within this timeframe can be fully refunded.

 

If you change your mind within the 48 hours before your first session then the block you have booked will not be refunded, however, your first session of the block can be rescheduled if you need to.

 

Any session that forms part of a ‘discounted’ block that you have purchased will not be refunded after you have attended your first session. If you cannot make a session within your block or need to reschedule any of your sessions then that is completely ok, as is missing a session, you will still get to reschedule – unless missing sessions become a regular occurrence (more than 40% of the time), in which case we will discuss an equitable outcome**

 

 

*Rescheduled sessions made within the 48 hour cut off period are not eligible for a refund, but can be rescheduled again.

** I reserve the right to not refund or reschedule sessions ‘missed’ by a person who continually does not attend booked sessions. This will apply if the person has missed more than 40% of their booked sessions with me.
